Refund & cancellation policy

Because digital resources are available immediately after purchase, all sales are final once the content has been opened.

If you were charged twice, paid but did not receive access, or bought the wrong item and have not opened it, write to us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

There are no subscriptions; nothing renews or needs cancelling.
