These terms govern your use of GrowMyGrades and the resources sold on it. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to them.

Licence. A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to view the resource online for your own study. You may not copy, download, record, redistribute, resell, share your account, or use the material for commercial teaching without written permission.

Accounts. Access is tied to the email address you sign in with. Each account may be used on a limited number of devices at a time; signing in on a new device may sign out an older one.

Watermarking. Pages and videos carry a visible watermark identifying your account. Content found shared publicly will be traced to the account and access will be withdrawn without refund.

Availability. We aim to keep the site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Resources may be updated or corrected over time.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Mumbai, India having jurisdiction.
